For a flat fee, I take on the invisible and often overwhelming stress of IVF. You won't spend your time wondering if you missed something or did it wrong. I manage logistics, medications, and paperwork in addition to providing clinical guidance between visits while you keep direct communication with your clinic.

Pre cycle setup

• Insurance verification and benefit checks so you know what is covered and what is not
• Prior authorization requests and follow-up calls with insurance
• Pharmacy coordination, including price comparisons between specialty pharmacies, ordering medications and checking availability
• Employer and FMLA paperwork prep and submission

Cycle coordination

• Reminders by text or app, tailored to your exact protocol
• Medication Masterclass performed virtually (or in-person if in Cumberland or York Counties in ME), including troubleshooting and administration
• Tracking refill needs and coordinating with your pharmacy before you run out
• Preparing questions for your clinic so you go into visits confident and organized
• Egg Day Escort is not included in the package and must be booked seperately.

Retrieval support

• Pre-procedure checklist so you know exactly how to prepare for retrieval day
• Post retrieval recovery guidance based on real clinical practice
• Embryo report tracking and ensuring you understand the updates you receive
• Emotional check-ins at points that tend to feel the most stressful

Paperwork and admin

• Insurance claim submission and follow-up on denials
• Fertility medication receipts organized for potential tax deduction use
• Prior authorization renewals if your cycle timeline shifts
• Organized copies of everything in one easy-to-share file

Lifestyle and emotional support

• Regular check ins throughout your cycle
• Partner coaching so your support person knows how to help with injections and organization
• Travel prep if you are doing IVF away from home, including packing lists and medication storage tips

IVF Bestie includes everything in the IVF BFF package, plus full coordination with your clinic, pharmacy, and insurance. As a registered nurse, I act as your medical point person so you are not stuck on hold, repeating the same questions, or managing logistics on your lunch break. You show up for appointments. I handle the rest behind the scenes.

This level of support is ideal if you want a consistent, medically trained contact who knows your protocol, understands clinic workflows, and speaks the same language as your care team while keeping you fully in the loop.

The IVF Bestie package usually runs from your pre-consult planning through the week after your egg retrieval. If your clinic timeline is more complex, we can talk about what that will look like during your introductory call so expectations are clear from the start.
