Includes 15-minute 1 time trouble shooting video session if needed during cycle.

Confidence performing injections is the most commonly reported concern when performing injections. With "See One, Do One, Teach One" I instill confidence in your injecting techniques to set you (and/or partner) up for success during your cycle. No more, "did we use the right site?", "did I use the injector correctly?" or "did I mix the injector correctly?". With this immersive class, you get the benefit of watching, doing and walking through each step of the injection process. Everyone learns differently and that's great!  Let's go through this process in the way that makes the most sense for you! In person only, Cumberland & York County, ME. 

See One: In person at your home, I do the first night of injections while walking you through it.

Do One: In person at your home, talking you through the process while you do the injection yourself.

Teach One: This is our last chat together, virtual unless you request otherwise. You should feel fully confident at this point!
