Retrieval day can feel overwhelming, especially when you receive only two or three days' notice for a potentially life changing procedure. On top of the pressure, clinics require that patients have a ride home after receiving anesthesia. You have spent months preparing, weeks injecting and suddenly your planned ride has a family emergency and your whole cycle feels at risk.

As a registered nurse with experience in both fertility care and post operative support, I stay with you through the entire process, before, during and after your retrieval. From check in to getting you safely settled back at home, I provide steady, medically informed, compassionate support so you never have to navigate it alone.

Egg Day Support — Maine

  • Pre retrieval: I pick you up at your home, check in with you at the clinic and stay with you until your procedure.
  • Post retrieval: After discharge from the clinic, I drive you home and hand off to a support person. Further needs or concerns are directed to your IVF clinic.
  • Packing list: Nurse curated retrieval day checklist so you are fully prepared.

Egg Day Support — Massachusetts & New Hampshire

  • Pre retrieval: I pick you up at your home, check in with you and stay with you until your procedure.
  • Post retrieval: After discharge from the clinic, I drive you home and hand off to a support person. Further needs or concerns are directed to your IVF clinic.
  • Packing list: Nurse curated retrieval day checklist so you are fully prepared.
  • Retrievals before 10 a.m.: $200 added for a hotel the night before so I am already local for early check in.

For Those That Live More Than 1 Hour From Their Clinic

Egg Day Support prices are as listed and include round-trip transportation within 1 hour's drive of their clinic. With that being said, those that live greater than 1 hour from their egg retrieval location have options too. Some may choose to be picked up and dropped off from a friend or family member's residence that lives within 1 hour of the clinic. If you choose this option, you are not to operate heavy machinery and will either need to stay there overnight or have someone else drop you off at home. You may also choose to stay at a local hotel overnight to be organized seperately by you. Regardless of your distance from the clinic, please reach out

  • Pick up and drop off from a friend or family member's house within 1 hour of the clinic. You either need to stay overnight there or organize ride home from there. You cannot operate a verhicle the day of your retrieval.
  • Book a hotel room locally for the night after the egg retrieval.
