IVF is an exciting and hopeful process, filled with the promise of new beginnings. However, it can also feel overwhelming and confusing at times, as there are many complexities involved.
IVF is a challenging journey that encompasses a wide range of emotions and numerous important steps. That’s precisely where IVF BFF comes in to provide the help you need.
I’m Anna Szendrei, RN-BSN — here to guide you through every stage, offer compassionate and understanding support, and help ease some of the stress and uncertainty so you don’t have to face it alone.
What I Do
You already have a fertility doctor. What you don’t always have is someone sitting with you on injection night, walking you through your meds, or handling the mountain of logistics that comes with IVF.
That’s where I come in. IVF BFF offers:
Injection support — in-home or virtual coaching, plus hands-on help with your prescribed shots.
Medication education — step-by-step teaching on mixing, storage, timing, and safety.
Practical guidance — comfort tips, organization tricks, and calm reassurance.
Concierge-level care — paperwork, phone calls, scheduling, insurance checks, and more (see our Total IVF Package).
Need something else? — If there is a service you need but aren’t seeing it listed, reach out! I’d be happy to chat and see if it is something that I could offer.
The Process

Maybe you’re overwhelmed by meds and timing, maybe your clinic is short staffed, or maybe you just want someone in your corner who actually has the time to walk through things with you.

We’ll do a simple fifteen minute video call to talk through what you need and where I can step in. You get space to say what’s been hard, and I give you a clear sense of how I can help make this smoother for you.

I take everything we talked about and write up a proposal that spells it all out. What you need, how I’ll support you, and the boundaries of our work together. It’s straightforward, transparent, and yours to look back on anytime.

Once you give the thumbs up, we get moving. I’ll create a custom schedule that matches up with the proposal we agree to, and you get the support you need!

When this chapter is done and we get to the end of our scheduled engagement, we check in on how you’re feeling, what makes sense next, and what you need moving forward. If you’re gearing up for another cycle, I stay with you and we reset together to rebuild a plan that fits your new path.
